Level 796 has several expert layouts. Some versions use wooden crates and small locks, another uses a dense black-number wall, and a later version uses a narrow board with a bomb 25 blocker.
Level 796 Version 1
Version 1 - Wooden Crates 6 and 9 With Locks 1, 2, 3
This Level 796 version contains wooden crates 6 and 9, small locks 1, 2, and 3, plus blue, green, purple, cyan, orange, and yellow exits.
Board Analysis
- Top exits include green, cyan, and purple. Side exits include yellow, purple, and green, while the bottom has blue and orange lanes.
- The wooden 6 crate blocks the lower-left center, and the wooden 9 crate blocks the right-center vertical lane.
- The lock 12 on the cyan center block is the main mid-game blocker; it should clear after the lower-left crate has shifted.
Recommended Route
- 1Open the upper-left and lower-left pockets first by moving the purple lock 1 and teal lock 3 pieces toward their exits.
- 2Shift the wooden 6 crate after the left yellow/blue exit lane is usable.
- 3Move the cyan lock 12 only after the wooden 6 no longer blocks the lower middle.
- 4Use the freed center to move the wooden 9 crate and the long orange block along the right side.
- 5Finish with the bottom cyan/orange pieces and top green/purple rows.
Avoid These
- Trying to move the wooden 9 before clearing the lower-left crate.

Level 796 Version 2
Version 2 - Chain 6 and Black Number Wall
This Level 796 version has a top chain 6, black numbered blockers 9, 11, 13, and 16, locks 1 to 4, and lower light-blue 8 and 12 gates.
Board Analysis
- Top exits include yellow/orange/red and side exits include purple, blue, red, and yellow. The bottom has light-blue 8 and 12 gates.
- The black number wall 13/16/9/11 controls the entire middle. Do not try to push through it before side keys and lower exits open.
- The top chain 6 blocks the upper center and should be delayed until locks 1 and 2 are no longer blocking the top row.
Recommended Route
- 1Clear the top-left and top-right mini locks first: move lock 1 and lock 2 pieces only when their side exits are available.
- 2Open the lower-left and lower-right key corners, then move the light-blue 8 and 12 gates away from the bottom edge.
- 3Release the top chain 6 after the upper row has room for the chained block to slide.
- 4Work through the black number wall from lower numbers to higher traffic impact: 9/11 first, then 13/16.

This alternate Level 796 capture has the same wooden crate 6 and 9 layout with lock 12, so the crate-first route still applies.
Board Analysis
- The layout matches Version 1: crate 6 lower-left, crate 9 right-center, lock 12 near the middle, and small locks near the edges.
- The S-shaped board means one wrong large-piece move can block both bottom exits.
- The right green/purple side should be solved after the lower-left crate moves.
Recommended Route
- 1Use the Version 1 route and open the left pockets first.
- 2Move crate 6 before lock 12, then use that space to reposition crate 9.
- 3Clear the right-center orange and green pieces after the crate 9 lane opens.

Level 796 Version 4
Version 3 - Narrow Board With Bomb 25
This Level 796 version has a bomb 25 on the right side, conveyor lanes, a large orange T block, gray blockers, and tight lower exits.
Board Analysis
- Top exits are cyan and purple; side exits include blue, cyan, and conveyor lanes; bottom exits include green and red.
- The bomb 25 sits on the right-middle beside the vertical conveyor. It becomes dangerous if the right side stays blocked too long.
- The large orange T block spans the center and must move after the left purple/cyan columns create vertical space.
Recommended Route
- 1Open the left side first: move purple and cyan columns to expose the lower green/red exits.
- 2Shift the small red/cyan block pair on the left to make room for the large orange T.
- 3Move the orange T only when it can slide without sealing the right side.
- 4Use the right conveyor lane to clear around bomb 25, then move the tall blue and purple blocks away from it.
- 5Finish by draining the lower gray/cyan pieces through the bottom exits before the bomb area refills.
Avoid These
- Leaving bomb 25 boxed in while moving unrelated lower blocks.
